Ingredient:
pear 2p
sugar half
butter 4tblsp
pie crust 1p
steps:
1. Peel of skin of pear fruits.
2. Choppe up fruits into slices.
3. In a pan put sugar and melt for 2min for making caramel add butter.
4. Add chopped pear slices into the caramel. cool down.
5. In a pie baking dish assamble pear and sprinkle sugar and pour caramel butter syrup.
6. Cover with pie crust and give some cut.
7. Bake 150° for 30min.
8. Flip baked Pear tart tatin into dish and serve with Hot Chocolate.
