Rupchanda fish curry|| Pomfret Fish curry

ingredient:

pomfret fish 6-7p

onion 3p

garlic 1p 

oil 3-4tblsp

tomato 3p

salt 1tsp

turmaric 1tsp

chili 1tsp

coriander 1tsp

water 1cup

steps:

1 Fry onion 2-3min add all spice and sauté 1min.

2 add tomato and cook 5min.

3 add fish into smushy tomato and spice gravy and cook for 5-6min.

4 add 1cup water and cook for 20min on low flame.

5 when water vapurated and oil appaire on the fish; our dish is ready.

6 serve with cooked rice along with lime. Enjoy!
